Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. If the item is returned to our warehouse in an unsatisfactory condition, the buyer will be notified that the item(s) will be marked as unacceptable, and no credit will be given.

If your return is accepted, please see "Exchange / Returns Shipping Process" for the detailed steps to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Such items must be approved for return, or it will be refused without credit issued. All warranty claims will be authorized and handled according to the manufacturer’s policy, which might require the buyer dealing directly with their team.
All returns and reviews will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To complete your return approval process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned for a full refund, like custom products (such as personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


EXCHANGES / REFUNDS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an EXCHANGE for another item or return for STORE CREDIT.  Unless special arrangements have been made in advance with a Rae Radick representative we do not offer refunds- only exchanges or store credit.
 
- Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

- International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

- To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn & unwashed condition.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of a worn or washed item. Items must be in the condition they were received.

- You may return a garment, including sale items, for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase. You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.

- Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through Rae Radick Shopify.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
EXCHANGE | RETURNS SHIPPING PROCESS:
To return your product, you should first send an email to raeradickmusic@gmail.com for review and once the return method is approved, send your item to the return address as instructed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will approve all exchanges/credits as long as the garment is in unworn condition or if item is approved. If you have any questions please contact us at raeradickmusic@gmail.com


REFUNDS (if applicable):
We do not offer full refunds. We are happy to exchange an item that is damaged or clothing item. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at raeradickmusic@gmail.com.
 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at raeradickmusic@gmail.com
