Shipping Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.rae-radick.myshopify.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at raeradickmusic@gmail.com
SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS:
All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending in your location.
- Free Shipping: over $100
- Standard Shipping: $8.80 (4-5 Business Days)
- Expedited Shipping: $19.30 (2-3 Business Days)
- Rush Shipping: $42 (1-2 Business Days)
**All Expedited/Rush Shipping will go out the next business day***
Expedited & Rush Shipments will be shipped by the end of the following business day.
Provide a Safe Address - it is VERY important you provide a safe address to receive your package. You may request "Signature on Delivery" at no extra cost. Include this request in the "notes section" of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY:
Lost Packages are the responsibility of Rae Radick Enterprise. Items will be replaced or refunded to the customer. A Lost Package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system.
Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer. A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer. Rae Radick Enterprise is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item.
Please provide a safe address to receive your package.
**Reminder: If your address is not secure we are happy to add, Signature Upon Delivery at no additional charge. Please note this request in the "notes" section of your order at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES:
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
All International Orders are shipped via UPS, except Canadian packages.
All Canadian Packages are shipped USPS.
Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot control this cost and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any and all import fees.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
